    Due to the predicted heat index for August 25, this event is rescheduled to take place Sept 8 from 10-12. 


    The practice of “Forest Bathing” or Shinrin Yoku originated in Japan in the 1980s—in this free, participatory workshop, participants are invited to join guide Emmie Brenzel to awaken their senses, slow down, and quiet their mind in the urban park environment. 

    Meet your guide by the Tanglewood Branch Creek crossing in the park. (walk the path downhill from West Avenue Parking and cross the Razorback Greenway).
