    Requirements for fraternal units: Up to six (6) Entertainment District guest permits are allowed for each fraternal unit located within the neighborhood permit parking district. A letter on the fraternal unit official letterhead authorizing their representative to obtain these permits must be submitted with the application. Residents of fraternal units are not eligible for residential parking permits (stickers) or guest permits.

Any vehicle with unpaid parking citations on permitted vehicle is subject to suspension of parking permit until all citations are paid.
