Proclamation Request

    The City of Fayetteville honors many local and national organizations, events, and individuals by presenting them with an official Mayoral Proclamation. Proclamations can be used for --- Organizational honors ---Faith-based organization events or anniversaries --- Retirements --- 100th birthday celebration --- Local celebrations of national events (i.e. Earth Day, Preservation Month, Adult Education Week, etc.)
  2. To request a Proclamation, you may fill out the online request form below and submit it for consideration. Or if you prefer, you may contact Patti Mulford in the Mayor's Office at 479-575-8330 or pmulford@fayetteville-ar.gov. Requests must be submitted at least 5-7 business days in advance of the event. Upon receipt of the online request, you will be contacted and asked to provide any additional information needed to complete the proclamation. If you have a template or a sample proclamation available, you may attach it to the online request. You will be notified when the proclamation is complete and ready to be picked up or mailed to you. Be sure to include your mailing address if you want it to be mailed.
