So all I have to do is submit the permit-ready plans and I get a building permit?

The permit-ready plans have been designed to meet the City of Fayetteville’s codes if the lot that the structure(s) would be built on meets the qualifications for the selected plan set. There may be additional documents required for a building permit to be approved if additional engineering design is needed for the foundation, if a fire suppression system is required for the building, or if the stormwater design needs to be customized for the site. All of this will be checked when you submit a plan set and identify the lot to be used for construction, and any additional documents will be requested by our permit review staff.
