To apply for a new business license, please contact the Business License Clerk at 479.575.8352. Business licenses may be renewed via the City’s online Citizen Self-Service Portal.

The majority of street lights are maintained by the utility service provider (electric company) for the area in which the street light is located. For the fastest service, contact the appropriate electric company directly: Ozarks Electric Cooperative at 1-800-521-6144 or SWEPCO / AEP at 1-888-216-3523. Citizens can also report SWEPCO street light outages through their online service form.
