On Thursday, May 2, 2019, at 1:00 PM, City Staff will take the Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Committee Members on a tour of the Paul R. Noland Water Recovery and Reuse Facility (WRRF), the Biosolids Management Site, and the West Side WRRF. This tour will take approximately 3 to 4 hours. Departure and Return will be from City Hall.
