There will be a Pre-Construction Conference Friday, December 8, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Room 111 for the Asbestos Abatement to be done at the Old City Hospital Site .  The abatement will pre the precursor for the later Demolition of the old hospital and church to allow for the Library expansion.  The meeting will be open to the public.
