A. WALK FRIENDLY COMMUNITY PRESENTATION: Presentation by Matt Mihalevich, on Fayetteville’s status as a Walk Friendly Community, and recommendations for improving upon the City’s Bronze status.
B. BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN COORDINATOR: Discussion regarding an ATAC recommendation to fund a full-time bicycle and pedestrian coordinator.
C. CITY COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS: The following items are on the City Council Agenda; staff will provide information and answer questions on any items as requested by the Committee:

D. GARVER, LLC SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2: Review of a proposed contract amendment with Garver, LLC for construction phase services, additional design services, and additional archaeological services for the Rupple Road project, between Starry Night View and Mount Comfort Road. The additional cost of this agreement is $307,311: $223,570 for construction inspection and administration; $30,643 for additional archaeological services, and $53,098 for additional design and land acquisition services. A detailed breakdown of the proposed agreement is attached. (A recommendation to the City Council is requested for this item)
