At the May 10th, 2022 City Council agenda session a tour was requested for the Nicholas Corter, LLC rezoning requests. The property is the subject of 2022-0395, -0397, and -0398 on the May 17th, 2022 City Council agenda. Tour information is as follows:

Parking: Parking is available on-site and on-street at the west end of Rutledge Lane.
Request: Rezone three parcels totaling approximately 1.45 acres from RSF-4, Residential Single-family, 4 Units per Acre, to NC, Neighborhood Conservation and RSF-18, Residential Single-family, 18 units per acre.
A map is attached with the location, suggested directions, and parking information. Staff will be available on-site for questions. A representative may or may not present. Monday’s forecast includes a high in the 80s.
The properties are largely-undeveloped with areas of unmaintained vegetation. There may be mud, tall grass, and other characteristics of a natural area. Please dress accordingly.
Despite the reopening of City buildings, staff continues to ask Councilmembers to provide their own transportation for tours with consideration for social distancing. If transportation is needed, please contact me before noon on Monday to arrange a ride share with staff. Otherwise, please let me know if physical copies of anything would be helpful to have on-site. Staff will bring basic maps of the request for orientation.
