Following on the cancelation of the February 25^th, 2022 City Council tour of the Barnes South rezoning request, and new date and time is proposed. The property is the subject of 2022-0081 on the March 1^st, 2022 City Council agenda. Tour information is as follows:

Request:             Rezone the property from RSF-4, Residential Single-family, 4 Units per                                Acre to CS, Community Services

The property is undeveloped with areas of unmaintained vegetation. There may be mud, tall grass, and other characteristics of a natural area. Please dress accordingly.
 
Despite the reopening of City buildings, staff continues to ask Councilmembers to provide their own transportation for tours with consideration for social distancing. As always, please let me know if physical copies of anything would be helpful to have on-site. Staff will bring basic maps of the request for orientation.
