The applicant for the BioTech Pharmacal rezoning is extending an offer for a tour of the property. The property is the subject of RZN-2022-000006 scheduled for the February 14, 2022 Planning Commission agenda. Tour information is as follows:

Request: Rezone the property from R-A, Residential Agricultural, RSF-8, Residential Single-family, 8 Units per Acre, and I-1, Heavy Commercial & Light Industrial to NS-G, Neighborhood Services-General, CS, Community Services, UT, Urban Thoroughfare, and I-1, Heavy Commercial & Light Industrial.
A map is attached with the location, suggested directions, and parking information. Staff will be available on-site for questions. Jessie Masters, copied herein will likely be the best point of contact going forward. The applicant will be present and has advised that the ground is very wet so it will be a paved-only tour. If any of the commissioners or the public would like to explore the site further, appropriate footwear and gear for hiking in wet conditions is recommended. Friday’s forecast is partly cloudy with a high of 64°F.
