Updated Rules of Order and Procedure for City Council Meetings
Resolution 22-22 passed by the City Council on 01/18/2022 states that, ““As part of a person’s public comments allowed above, the speaker may use electronic visual aids during their five (5) minutes presentation period concerning the agenda item being considered by the City Council. Prior to such use of electronic visual aids, they must be presented to and approved by the IT Department pursuant to the IT Department’s rules for such electronic visual aids presentation.”
