The City of Fayetteville Purchasing Division has scheduled the following public, non-mandatory pre-bid meetings this week:

• Tuesday, May 12, 2020
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Pre-Bid Meeting for Bid 20-45, Construction - FYV Terminal Building HVAC Improvements
  • 11:00 AM – Noon: Pre-Bid Meeting for Bid 20-53, Construction - Cultural Arts Corridor Phase 1 via Zoom
• Thursday, May 14, 2020
  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Pre-Bid Meeting for Bid 20-37, Harmonic Filters and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s)
    • Location: West Side Wastewater Treatment Facility (WRRF), 15 S. Broyles Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72701
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Pre-Bid Meeting for Bid 20-49, NWWTP Elevator Conveyor
    • Location: Biosolids Management Site, 16464 East Wyman Road, Fayetteville AR 72701

All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. The onsite meetings will be to provide the opportunity to all bidders and interested parties to see the site and take additional measurements necessary to prepare a bid.
 
In order to follow all CDC guidelines during the non-mandatory pre-bid meetings, only one representative from each vendor / interested party is requested, and all participants shall maintain a social distance of at least 6 ft. The City recommends wearing cloth face coverings or masks during the on-site visits. Each potential bidder will have an opportunity to pose questions to the engineer and purchasing agent and visit the work area individually in order to maintain social distancing. All questions and information obtained during the pre-bid meetings will be answered/provided via addendum and sent to all document takers registered with the City. Interested parties may register as a vendor to become a document taker here.
