This portion of Dickson Street will be closed beginning at 6:00am in preparation for the event that begins at 10:00am. Dickson Street will reopen at 6:00pm. West Avenue will remain open during the event. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise extreme caution in this area during this time.
