Hill Ave between Center and Treadwell St. will be closed for construction. North and South bound lanes to be closed to non-local traffic (residences just East of Hill Ave.) Please be prepared for some delays, and please use extreme caution when in the work area and watch for personnel and equipment. Detour signs will be posted.
