Dickson Street will be closed at East Avenue as the parade begins (approximately 11:00am). Side streets along the parade route will be closed and re-opened as the parade progresses. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise extreme caution in this area during this time. See 'Additional Info' for a route map.
