Northbound Lanes of College Avenue Closed Tonight for Sewer Repair

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The two northbound lanes of N. College Avenue from E. Prospect Street to E. Abshier Drive will be closed on Thursday, May 5 from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Friday, May 6 for sewer line repair. Traffic will be reduced to one lane each, northbound and southbound, using the southbound lanes of College Avenue. Drivers will be allowed to turn onto North Street during construction.

Drivers are advised to use caution when traveling northbound as the lane shift will be different than the previous work zone arrangement. The original northbound lane reduction will commence again on Friday, May 6 at 8 a.m.

Please be careful when driving in the work area and watch for personnel and equipment.

On behalf of the City of Fayetteville, we would like to express our appreciation for your cooperation and understanding as we perform our work in their area. For additional information, please contact Mark Rodgers at 479-575-8392.
