Section of W. Township Street Near N. Gregg Avenue Closed for Repaving

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The City of Fayetteville Transportation Division will be milling and repaving the asphalt on the west side of the intersection at N. Gregg Avenue and W. Township Street, just west of the railroad tracks. Work will begin on Thursday, April 14 and will finish on Friday, April 15.

This project will require the closure of W. Township Street, west of the railroad tracks, during work hours, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. This section of the road will be closed to thru traffic. Employees and customers can access the adjacent businesses from the public road south of the intersection. Detour signage will be in place to direct traffic to this access road.

Please be prepared for some delays, and please use extreme caution when in the work area and watch for personnel and equipment.

On behalf of the City of Fayetteville, we would like to express our appreciation for your cooperation and understanding as we perform our work in their area. For additional information on the project, please contact the City of Fayetteville Transportation Division office at 479-575-8228. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
