Dickson Street Entertainment District Parking Permits Provide Convenience

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Fayetteville’s Dickson Street is one of the most popular destinations in Northwest Arkansas, if not the state. With so many visitors and employees, finding a preferred parking place on busy nights can be a challenge. If you’ve run out of gift ideas, give the gift of parking!

The City of Fayetteville offers a parking permit that allows the permitted vehicle to be parked in any of the 4-digit numbered municipal spaces throughout the parking district, including the Spring Street Parking Deck (residential parking is excluded). This means you can pull in to one of the valid spaces, park your vehicle, and carry on with your activities. There’s no need to visit a pay station nor worry about time.

This is an annual program but can currently can be purchased for $350 and is effective January 1 through July 31, 2016. Visit the Dickson Street Entertainment Parking District webpage and look for the Annual Parking Permit Program section to learn more. Contact the City’s Parking Management office or stop by City Hall to purchase a permit. City Hall is located at 113 W. Mountain Street.

Please feel free to contact the Parking Management Office at 479-575-8280 or via e-mail at parking@fayetteville-ar.gov with any questions.
