Church, Rock intersection to be all-way stop

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Starting next week, the intersection of S. Church Ave. and W. Rock St. will be an all-way stop.

Terry Gulley, director of Transportation Services, said the change is being made because of limited sight distance and public safety, as well as speed and traffic volumes.

The intersection is currently a two-way stop with traffic stopping only on Rock. On Monday, Nov. 7, stop signs will be added on Church, both northbound and southbound.
