Notice of fund reallocation in the City of Fayetteville GY2019 Action Plan

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The City of Fayetteville is providing public notice of the intent to reallocate $562,149 originally allocated to the Community Development Block Grant-CV Housing Program. The funds are being reallocated to Public Service projects to address the community COVID-19 medical response.

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences will receive $488,281 for a mobile wellness unit to prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19, and Community Clinic will receive $73,868 for COVID-19 outreach, testing and protection.

Public comments will be accepted starting Monday, June 13, until 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 12. A public hearing will be held via Zoom at 3 p.m. Thursday June 30. The Zoom registration will be posted Friday June 24, on the City of Fayetteville website calendar: https://www.fayetteville-ar.gov/calendar.aspx?CID=14,28.
