CITY REMINDS BUSINESSES TO RENEW BUSINESS LICENSE

The City of Fayetteville is reminding businesses to renew their business licenses by October 31 to avoid late fees. The renewal fee is $15 and can be paid online, in person or by mail from September 1 through October 31, 2021. Please do not use bill pay through your bank; payment will not be processed.

Since 2011, all businesses, including home-based businesses, within the incorporated city limits of Fayetteville must maintain a business license unless the business qualifies for an exemption. Please visit the business license webpage at www.fayetteville-ar.gov/businesslicense to learn more.

RENEW ONLINE

Visit our Citizen Self-Service Portal at www.fayetteville-ar.gov/mycitybusiness to renew your license online. Once logged in, click on Dashboard, scroll to My Licenses, and click Renew. Electronic checks, debit and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) are accepted.

RENEW IN PERSON

Please visit the Development Services Department at 125 West Mountain Street, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

RENEW BY MAIL

Send a check or money order, using blue or black ink only, made payable to City of Fayetteville to the address below. Please include a copy of your renewal notice or write your business license number in the memo section.
