Wilson Park Pool and Walker Park Splash Pad to Open Soon
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Fayetteville Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce the opening of Walker Park Splash Pad and Wilson Park Pool for the 2021 summer season.
The Walker Park Splash Pad will be open Saturday, May 15, through Sunday, September 19, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Features of the splash pad include floor geysers, colorful and interactive above-ground spray features, and a large dump bucket sure to create endless excitement. The Wilson Park Pool will open Saturday, May 29, with open swim hours being Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday – Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Adult lap swim hours will be Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 1 p.m. through Memorial Day Weekend. In addition to open swim and lap swimming, the Wilson Park Pool offers a variety of youth and adult swim lessons, youth recreation swim team program, dive-in movies, and private pool party reservations. Admission to the pool is $4 for adults and $3 for youth ages 15 and younger. Multiple-visit passes, family passes, and season passes are available. For information visit www.fayetteville-ar.gov/pool.
