CORRECTED:  Morning Closures Beginning May 10 at Marion Orton Recycling Drop-off Site

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The City of Fayetteville’s Recycling and Trash Collection Division announced that the Marion Orton Recycling Drop-Off facility will be closed daily from 5 to 10 a.m. starting Monday, May 10, and continuing until further notice.

The reason for the facility’s partial daily closure is to accommodate construction improvements associated with a new apartment complex being developed nearby. Construction work and the associated closure of the facility will continue each day until complete and as weather allows.

The Marion Orton Recycling Drop-Off facility is normally open 24 hours a day. Residents will be able to access the facility before 5 a.m. and after 10 a.m. during the partial closure period.

For more information, please contact the Recycling & Trash Collection Office at 479-575-8398 or visit us at www.recyclesomething.org.
