City of Fayetteville Special Blood Drive in Honor Officer Stephen Carr on Tuesday, April 13
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.— The City of Fayetteville is hosting a special blood drive with Community Blood Center of the Ozarks in honor of the late Fayetteville Police Officer Stephen Carr, badge #413. The drive will take place at the Walton Arts Center’s Starr Theater on Wednesday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donors will receive a free t-shirt, and live music will be provided during the event by the Walton Arts Center.
May we never forget Officer Stephen Carr. Honor him by giving the gift of life with a blood donation. CBCO is the exclusive provider of blood and plasma to all NWA area hospitals. Local donors are needed to continue to provide for local patients.
Appointments are strongly encouraged to manage donor flow. Please contact Bonnie Bolinger at 575-8333 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment or make your appointment online at https://donate.cbco.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/127772.
Masks are required for donors and staff. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided.
The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks has a QuickPass system that lets you start the registration process before you arrive at the blood drive. Access the QuickPass link to complete your health history questions online the day of the blood drive. The QuickPass system will save you time when you arrive at the blood drive and eliminate the need to touch CBCO tablets to complete this information.
