Greedy Goats Back for Final 2019 Munch at Wilson Park!

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Greedy Goats will be back at Wilson Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, Tuesday, October 1 through Saturday, October 5, barring rain. This will be the last chance in 2019 to catch them at Wilson Park clearing invasive honeysuckle, privet, and other aggressive plants on the south side of the park, along Louise Avenue. Come down to learn more about the goats and their volunteer work.

To find out more about how you can volunteer in City parks and trails and help in the City’s efforts to combat invasive plant species, please contact Kristina Jones, parksvolunteer@fayetteville-ar.gov.

You learn about common invasive species and suggested native alternatives in an educational packet written by City staff and community stakeholders.
