This portion of Dickson Street will be closed beginning at 3:00am in preparation for the event that begins at 7:00am. Dickson Street will reopen by 5:30pm. West Avenue will remain open during the event. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise extreme caution in this area during this time.
