Find Love at the Animal Shelter

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Love is in the air and Fayetteville Animal Services is hoping to help people find their perfect companion. They will be hosting an adoption special from Thursday, February 14 through Saturday, February 16 featuring a $14 adoption fee for all dogs and cats. “We all want someone who loves us for who we are, and the unconditional love of a pet can bring so much to our lives,” said Justine Lentz, Animal Services Superintendent. The shelter staff will help people pick out a pet that fits your lifestyle and needs.

The shelter is located at 1640 South Armstrong Avenue and is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All pets come spayed or neutered, are up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped. Dogs over six months of age are heartworm tested and all cats are feline leukemia tested.
