Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Seeks Public Input for Future Projects and Gulley Park 


FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.— A special Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (PRAB) will be held on Thursday, August 23, beginning at 4:30 p.m., at the Walker Park Senior Wellness and Activity Center (945 S. College Ave.). Agenda items are:

  • Gulley Community Park Master Plan discussion
  • Future Capital Projects brainstorming


Parks and Recreation staff will present ideas heard from the public about systemwide park improvements and recent comments on proposed concepts for the Gulley Community Park Master Plan. Conceptual drafts of the park plan can be found on this webpage.


The public is invited to attend the meeting and give input on Gulley Park concepts and help with developing a list of possible capital park projects for future discussions of the City’s upcoming bond initiative.
