Item being pulled from City Council Meeting Agenda for March 6
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Due to an application deficiency, the following item previously approved on February 27 in the City Council agenda packet cannot be heard at the March 6 City Council Meeting:
Item C.3. RZN 17-6052 (East of Rolling Hills Dr./Keenan)
When the applicant has provided the information to resolve the deficiency, the item will be scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting. The Planning Commission must review the application and make a recommendation before it can proceed to City Council.
Therefore, at the March 6, 2018 City Council meeting, there will be no public comment, nor will any action be taken, on this item other than referring it to the Planning Commission for further consideration.
Information about this item will come through the normal Clerk’s Office distribution of agenda items for upcoming public meetings.
