Utility Work to Close Eastbound Lane of Township Just Off College Avenue

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A temporary lane closure permit has been approved by the City for utility construction. This work will require closing the eastbound lane of E. Township Street (Freshwater Avenue to Bronze Tree Drive) from Monday, December 11 through Friday, December 15 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Flaggers will be on site to direct vehicles. Steel plates will cover the roadway during non-construction hours.

The closed lane is located just east of N. College Avenue and could cause traffic delays. Drivers may want to consider using an alternate route during the work hours. Please use extreme caution when in the work area.

For more information about this project, please call Mike Hawthorn with MH Backhoe Service by email m.hathorn@yahoo.com or by telephone 479-531-5529.
