2023 Earth Day Cleanup & Celebration!

Saturday, April 22, 2023

We are celebrating Earth Day by giving some love to Fayetteville's outdoors!

Please join us at the Marion Orton Recycling Center for the Mayor's Earth Day Proclamation, followed by a family-friendly city-wide cleanup of our parks, lakes, streams, trails and streets. If you have a special spot you’ve been wanting to steward, now is your chance!

Following the Mayoral Proclamation, volunteers will be given supplies and a cleanup destination, then will head out to clean up Fayetteville.
Bagels and coffee will be available at kickoff, and t-shirts and Recycle Something gear will be given out at the end of the event.
