Fitness at YRCC

Saturday mornings in the spring, fall, and winter, the YRCC will offer a variety of fitness classes. Classes will start at 10:00am and run for 45-55 minutes. Participants can pre-register online or drop in. Classes are $3.00. Schedule for the spring 2022 is as follows:

This class will be general yoga for all abilities. Yoga mats available, but please bring your own if able.
March 26, April 9, April 23, May 7, May 21

HIIT + Core
This class will utilize body weight exercises and interval training.
April 2, April 30, May 14
