Saturday mornings in the spring, fall, and winter, the YRCC will offer a variety of fitness classes. Classes will start at 10:00am and run for 45-55 minutes. Participants can pre-register online or drop in. Classes are $3.00. Schedule for the spring 2022 is as follows:
Yoga This class will be general yoga for all abilities. Yoga mats available, but please bring your own if able. March 26, April 9, April 23, May 7, May 21
HIIT + Core This class will utilize body weight exercises and interval training. April 2, April 30, May 14
