Food Donation Information

Food waste at large events contributes to a startling global food waste statistic: an estimated 1/3 of all food produced is lost or wasted!  Fortunately, food donation, also known as food recovery, can not only cut down on food waste and keep wasted food out of the land fill, but it can also help increase food security in our community.
