Fayetteville Parks and Recreation is proud to partner with Ozark Tennis Academy to provide a high-quality tennis program to the citizens of Fayetteville. Whether you are just a beginner or an experienced player, Fayetteville Tennis is the place for you. The coaching staff is made up of experienced, passionate professionals ready to take your game to the next level. The program offers private and group lessons for skill development and practice to league play for all ages and skill level.
Every Wednesday for ten weeks this program is designed to address the needs of everyone from the beginning tournament player to the future collegiate star. We understand that not every player is looking to be the next Rafa Nadal or Maria Sharapova. Still, we believe that developing a strong work ethic, being part of a team, and discovering how to compete with passion and class are invaluable lessons in life and learning those lessons can be fun! This comprehensive program is designed to give all of our players a chance to realize their potential - both on and off the court.
This 10-week program includes beginner and intermediate players divided into the age groups (6-8). This program focuses more on instruction and point play. The program also includes QuickStart Tennis: a fun way for 10U players to learn and progress faster. It uses shorter courts, lower compression balls, and smaller rackets.
