Fayetteville Parks and Recreation offers summer and fall adult kickball through the illustrious Fayetteville Adult Kickball Association. Organize and sign up a team for the fun and games this year! Each season is eight weeks. Teams play a seven-week regular season and then participate in a post-season tournament in the eighth week. Players must be at least 16 to be eligible to play, and there are no residency requirements to play.
Teams register to play in one of two leagues, the: Competitive League (formerly Chill Out) and Rec League (formerly Just for Kicks). Each team plays two games per week, and teams pick the night and time they play during registration.
For instance, a team could pick to play in the Competitive League - 6:15/7 pm Mondays. In this case, the team would play two games (6:15 and 7 pm Mondays) against other Competitive League teams each week for eight weeks. At the end of the regular season, the team would play in a post-season tournament against other Competitive League teams that also play 6:15/7 pm Mondays.

Competition Levels in Adult Co-Ed Kickball
There are two levels of adult co-ed kickball offered by Fayetteville Parks and Recreation. The rules are the same for each league, but the playing experience differs between leagues.
Competitive League (Formerly Chill Out)
The Chill Out League is for teams seeking a wholesome program: even competition and lots of fun, though the win comes first. The level of competition in this league will remind players of other recreation and college intramural sports leagues. This league is for players seeking a moderately competitive and mostly fun experience.
Rec League (Formerly Just for Kicks)
The Just for Kicks League is for teams seeking a fun-first, organized coed adult kickball program. The level of competition is playful and relaxed. This is not to say that games are less organized than the other leagues or that teams don't care, but the general spirit of teams in this league is to put fun above all else, including the win. Yet, all eyes are on the trophy at tournament time.
