Event Information

The City’s annual cold weather trail running race at Kessler Mountain Regional Park. The Frozen Toes 5K & 15K Trail Run is perfect for runners looking to transition from a 5K or 10K to a longer distance OR for those who want to try their first trail running race. The singletrack trails of Kessler Mountain are technical in most areas, but the views are worth every step of the course! Post-race events include awards, prizes, and hot soup for participants! In addition to Male/Female Overall Finisher and Age Group awards, all participants will have a chance to win other prizes. Take a break from the pavement and give trail running a try! 

When: January 23, 2021, 9 a.m.
Where
: Single track trails on Kessler Mountain. Kessler Mountain Regional Park (2600 W Judge Cummings Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72701)
DIRECTIONS: From I-49, take Exit 60 and go south on Cato Springs Road about one-half mile and turn right on Judge Cummings Road

Registration

Online registration begins October 1. Sign up at www.fayetteville-ar.gov/recreation
$30 entry fee - includes custom socks and finisher medals! 

Schedule

Prior day packet pick-up: Friday, January 22, 4 - 7 p.m.
Day of race registration and packet pick-up: Saturday, January 23, 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. at Kessler Mountain Regional Park
Race start time: 9 a.m.
Event end time: 12:30 p.m. 

Awards

Prizes will be awarded to the overall top three male and female finishers, as well as to the top male and female finishers in each age group.
