New Water & Sewer Services

In order to establish new service per city ordinance, under normal circumstance, a $50 minimum deposit must be paid.  A customer application, along with a valid picture ID and a copy of your signed lease agreement/utility sheet (if applicable) are also required.

To start new Water/Sewer service:

Via the Website/Smartphone 

You will need to submit a completed application with required documentation attached.  Click this link to complete an application:  Application for Water/Sewer Service

When your application has been received and completed by City personnel, you will receive an email confirmation with your new utility account information. The email confirmation will also have the amount of deposit due and due date.

In Person 

City Hall is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19.  Paper applications are available outside the front doors for you to fill out if you do not have access to the internet or you do not have a smartphone.  A customer application, along with a valid picture ID and a copy of your signed lease agreement/utility sheet (if applicable), and payment of deposit are required.   Application, required documentation, and deposit can be put in an envelope (provided – hanging on drop boxes) and dropped in the drop boxes next to the paper applications by the front door of City Hall, or in the drop boxes directly across the street.
