I get an error when opening a map.
There are a few things that can go wrong:
1. You may need to "refresh the cache" of your browser: press
and check box for Temporary or Cached Internet files (wording differs among browsers).
2. Our maps should work on all browsers, including Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. However, if you are having trouble you might try a different one. Variations in versions, compatibility modes, and other settings can cause problems.
3. Occasionally our computer that hosts the Map Services will go down; we will get them back up and running as soon as we can. Try again in 15 minutes, and if they are still down, please
contact the GIS Office.
