City Of Fayetteville Seeks Public Input For
CENTENNIAL PARK MASTER PLAN
The City of Fayetteville invites citizens and other interested persons or groups to a public input meeting regarding the Master Plan for the new Centennial Park at Milsap Mountain. The meeting format will be both drop-in and presentation style. The presentation will be given by the principle design firm of the park plan and concepts. The design team and parks and recreation staff will be available to record ideas and comments from the public.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Owl Creek School, located at 375 N. Rupple Road, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. During the first hour, citizens will be able to drop in, view conceptual drawings of the Master Plan, and provide ideas and feedback. Starting at 5:30 p.m., representatives from The Runway Group will make a presentation of the plan and concepts to the general public and solicit feedback.
Citizens can also learn more about the project, view the conceptual drawings, and submit your ideas and feedback by visiting Speak Up Fayetteville, the City of Fayetteville’s public engagement website at www.fayetteville-ar.gov/speakup starting on April 17. Speak Up Fayetteville is an interactive forum for citizens to stay informed and be engaged with what is going on in our great city.
For those unable to attend the meeting, you may phone Fayetteville Parks and Recreation at 479-444-3471 to submit your comments. Written comments may be submitted to Fayetteville Parks and Recreation, 113 West Mountain, Fayetteville, AR 72701 or email@example.com until May 1, 2019.
